Giggle, giggle, me too, Mystic! I've got it down to a tee. I give meowmy "the look" - you know, the one that says I'm just a poor starving kitty and would somebody puh-leeze give me a treat? And of course she caves in. Then she leaves the room and daddy comes in and I give him "the look." He doesn't know that meowmy just gave me a treat so I get one from him too, sometimes two or three from daddy. Other times I get treats from daddy first, then meowmy comes in the room and daddy leaves. Meowmy gets the idea that daddy is being mean and ignoring "the look" and hasn't given me any treats, so I get a few more from her. I know how to work these two like a fine tuned piano.

Emily, yes, daddy has properly kissed kitty kan - and the royal sceptre too. He's so easy. (Is that why they call me a snot?)

Deb, yes, the vet said it was bursitis and told me to give her a St Jospeh baby aspirin for the pain (one every three days). She is already taking prednisolone (for licking her tummy bare) so he said that would have kept the inflammation down. Today would have been the day to give her an aspirin again, but he said to only give it to her until she stops limping, so no aspirin today!

Hi Peanut...Speckles here. You know just because those furless ones call you "fluffy" it does not mean fat. My Meowmie calls me "robust" but I'm not "fluffy" because I have short hair. I think those furless ones call you "fluffy" because you are just that, "fluffy" and if I were you, I'd stand proud and be happy for your "royal fluffiness". As a Princess myself I can understand that you might be a little embarrassed by these photos being spread all over the Net but consider the source. Furless ones will never understand us no matter how hard they try.

One other thing, my Meowmie always talks about you and how much she wants to kiss your tummy. Just to let you know that I will let her do that because I don't much like my tummy rubbed or kissed at all.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

    Hi Peanut, Luna here...
I just wanted to say, I can really relate to that "fluffy issue". Sometimes meowmie's visitors are making jokes on my belly, and call it an udder - an U D D E R - and I think that's so mean of them to say that. My meowmie even agrees with them and calls my belly "fluffy", but she would never say something that mean!

I hope your fur will be fully grown back soon, so you can use that as an excuse - works great!

    Luna ,,,^..^,,,
