On my diet, I eat most of the items on her list. However I have a good reason. I'm borderline diabetic. My diet was approved by a dietician and I can vary it with different types of meat and that way I get the protein I need. I eat small portions thru the day and I have to size the portions: meat pieces size of a deck of cards etc. I have to do that to keep my blood sugar down. I hate it, but it has to be done. Problem is, I'll have to spend money on smaller clothes!! lol
