I would do what Anna said. Cut out sweets/soda/etc, eat 4-5 small meals a day, and exercise more.

We care about you, sweetie... don't do anything that would hurt yourself.
I ditto this I cut out my cokes and sweets and with in the first week I lost 5 pounds and I felt alot better..... and then I let myself drink diet coke ..... I started doing this 3 weeks before school let out and even now I can't drink a regular coke its to sweet and if I eat more than a few bites of something sweet it makes me kinda sick so it really helped me to do that and cut down on the amount that I eat .......
