I've been going through a similar problem. I think the best thing to do is to go to someone with medical knowledge and ask them for advice. I went to my doctor and she guided me. It'll probably be hard at times but stick with it! There is no fast, HEALTHY short cut. My doctor said 5 pounds a month would be excellent for me. Doesn't sound like much but it's a healthy way to go about losing weight.
