    Maybe the tumor has been behind his ear problems and the seizures.

    I hope so much the meds help.

    Kisses to Elvis

    The neurologist said that he'd seen one other case recently where the kitty had been having seizures for four years and then was diagnosed with a tumor in almost the same area. He said that Elvis must be the luckiest cat the in world to have lived with this tumor for so long.

    His ear problem was a little cancerous growth that had to be removed and not related.

    I'll make sure and give him kisses for you.

    Elvis Watch 2004

    Well, he sat up and groomed himself for a little while, so that's good!

    Now he's all passed out again. Poor little fella...

    Kat,

    I hope the steriods work for the Elvis Man. He has been through so much, and is so lucky to have you.

    Bless you for being so wonderful and making Elvis' life the best it could be. I hope the meds make him feel better and give you all some more precious time together. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Poor Elvis.

    I'm so sorry to hear about Elvis. I sure hope that the steroids will be able to shrink his tumor. Prayers and positive thoughts are being sent your way. Please take care. {{{HUGS}}}

    **UPDATE 7/2**

    Well, we had a (thankfully) uneventful night. Elvis ate his meatball of canned food with his pills in it, but then had a tiny little seizure. It only lasted about 1 second and then he seemed to snap right back. Normally with his big seizures he's out of it for at least a day.

    He slept well all night and actually got up this morning and jumped off the bed on his own and is walking around! I know that it's just a temporary fix, but he seems like he feels soooo much better this morning. The left side of his body is cooperating much better today.

    Oh {{{{{{{{{{ELVIS}}}}}}}}} Gentle hugs. It really is just one day at a time. Enjoy the time you have with him and bless you for taking care of him at this difficult time. My RB Goldie was on pred for her last few months. I like to think it did buy me a bit more time with her; hopefully it was quality time. The M's send gentle bumpies and kitty kisses.

    **Bump**

    Kat - just wanted you to know that Elvis is still being prayed for and just wondered how the little furboy is doing?
