I used to tease my fellow teachers who were all "tea totalers". However, I loved to watch their reactions when I called coke "beer". I would say, "I had a "beer" before the morning staff meeting". They would all looked pleasently shocked. It was all in good fun. At one staff meeting they brought me a Root Beer.

By the way, I really was a tea totaler too while I worked at that school.
