Rocky is an Icelandic Sheepdog!
I did a search on Google about the breed and found out that there are only about 150 of them in the US so they are pretty rare here.
I also found out that the breed description fit him perfectly, he is always happy and friendly, loves to greet people and loves living on a farm.
