The things some people do to animals is beyond comprehension. After working with the dedicated shelter people, who took animals home themselves, and after seeing SO MANY animals over the course of only one year, it really drives home the fact that one person can only do so much. The problem is enormous and they keep coming in...

All we can each do is our best. Get the word out about spaying/neutering and rescuing. Discourage pet shop purchases.

If your local shelter does not have a website, offer to build and maintain one for them on a free hosting site. It could be a huge contribution.
