I'm not really "allowed" to have any ratties in the house. My husband is petrified of them (but loves ferrets, go figure). So I give all of the little guys I find to a friend of mine that has a houseful of little rats, mice, gerbils, and hampsters. I go there and play with her little ones often and they are the sweetest critters. My husband wanted to buy a snake, but he didn't because he knew I would cry my heart out every time he fed it!
