I eat a lot of carbs. It's my favourite food!!! Honestly, it's all about portion size. I've been weight watchers for a while now, and learning portion size has caused me to take about 3units less of insulin each meal. Don't cut out all carbs though. The Adkins fanatics (by this I mean people who eat NO carbs because they don't research the diet properly) will eventually mess themselves up to the point of possible kidney failure. You NEED carbs!!
