Felicia's Mom! As KAK said, all you have to do is click on "Quote" on the post you want to quote. You'll then get the tags you need. You may not want to quote the whole text - in that case, just delete the text you don't want to quote.

There are already inserted emptly lines after the tags, so you can write right under it.

Also, when you rezise a picture, remember to set it to 72 dpi, because that's the screen resolution. I don't know if that is possible on Irfanview - don't know the programme.
