The ban will only work if it includes muzzling and "putting down" the irresponsible owners Could there be a sweeter dog then our very own Angus? Banning any MIX of these breeds? Get real. Mixed breeds are generally healthier and who's to say what's really in the mix?? There should be a ban on puppy mills and some back yard breeders
