That was beautiful :0) I have teary eyes now.
That poem is so true, I have a beagle that I have had since she was 8 weeks old and she has never had a worry, she is so happy and lovable and passes that love on to every person and animal she meets.
Then a year ago I rescued a little beagle basset hound X who had a life full of worry, like I wonder if Im going to get something to eat today, or is he coming over here to hurt me again, or if I bark at that squirrel will I be yelled at. He is now scared for life, he is very shy he will run away and shake when friends and relatives come over, he will only come to the women in our house he is still afraid of my dad who loves animals and is very kind to him, and he is snappy and protective of his food and toys, he thinks its going to be his only meal or toy he's going to get for awhile and he gards it with his life. If no other animal is around he will try to cover his food up and hide it for latter.
People don't relize that animals have feelings, worries, and problems just like us.
