I think of a Trucker's Breakfast as eggs (any style), bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and pancakes. Of course, I could never eat all that but I'm sure a long-haul trucker could. Lunch? It's only 8:40am here. Gee, I guess I'd better get dressed.....
