You'd think it'd hurt them, but Nala has soooooo much extra skin I doubt she even feels anything! I call the extra skin on her back, her handle.. and she's my briefcase.
LOL..thats funny. How old is Nala? She isn't much older than Katie, is she? Katie is just a little over a year old. She has some extra skin also. Do you think they have extra skin for more growing room. I swear Nala always looks like she is still growing also. From what I read about Akitas, they are known to grow for 2-3 years. Is that true of all dogs? I figure Katie is about as tall as she is going to get, but she will fill out more. Nala just seems to get taller and taller.
