Sounds like she wasn't convinced. He said he tried everything. He even told her that I was keeping it for him over the weekend because otherwise it was going to be put down. And that because of budget cuts they were now using a wood chipper. (I know that sounds horrible, but he was really trying to convince her that they need to save this pup). *Please note none of those things are true*
He even had plans to rename him "Brutus."
The problem is he lives in Alabama all week for work, then goes home to Florida on the weekends. So the dog would be in Florida with the wife all week, that is why she needs the convincing.
