Hi there Tonya!
Well, it looks to me like Piper is saying "Kids! Who needs 'em" and "Get me outta here"!!!!!!!!
I love the dutch buns.....we've found (at the sanctuary) that most dutch buns are curious, playful and very people-oriented.... I've always wanted one.
A little update:
I'm now caring for a black dwarf boy who is less than 1 yr old....his name is Stinker, because he was such a stinker to catch...it took us 3 1/2 wks in terrible snow and miserably cold weather in January. He has a little white splotch on the end of his nose and another one just under his chin, he is absolutely adorable. He also has developed neurological problems where he falls over every 2-3-4 hops....so he walks now instead of hoping but he still falls over. The good news is the he is eating well, pooping and peeing like a champ, is active. Our bunny vet said there's nothing we can do and that he gives every indication of being an otherwise happy and healthy bunny to consider putting down. So he is my own special needs bunny and I am keeping him, not returning him to the sanctuary. But I think, since he is soooo small and his a dab of white on him, that he could be a dutch bunny, right????![]()
Stay in touch Zip and I hope to "chat" with you again soon.
