actually thats been done, there was a petland that always set up a booth at dog events, I think it was like 3 people who would follow them around and always put a big board full of puppy mill pics near the petland booth, one day all th epics on the borad disapeared, so they put new ones on, they all disapered again, so up went more lol finally the person running the booth asked what he had to do to get them to stop that, simple, dont sell puppys, that particular pteland lo longer sells puppys.
