Now lightening will probably strike me but.....I agree with Richard on this one (putting aside all the hyperbole.)

I just don't think 9/11 was something you could plan for. As a nation we seem fixated on it. Blame this and blame that. It was horrendous. Let's learn what we can learn and then move on.
