Thanks for the update. After reading through 8 or 9 pages of posts and not seeing and update, I was starting to wonder no more. Sounds like he's doing good and maaaayybe starting to get the idea that biting is not good, and once he gets the squirt bottle treatment he should really get the idea. You figure he has to be one smart cat to have survived this long....so hopefully it won't take long for things to sink in and he starts behaving.

He sure is adorable though.

Oh, and as for the $698.00 hospital bill - ouch! But they are always inflated when you first get them. I be the total comes to less than $300.00 after the insurance company pays their "agreed on" amount with the hospital bill. This is currently one of my pet peeves about hospitals and doctors. They SO overcharge everyone unless you have insurance. And most people don't know that if you don't have insurance and you tell them you're having financial difficulties, a lot of the time they will reduce the bill - but only if you ask. Just grinds on me.
