I'm slightly confused though.... It seems to me that people who thought their dogs were getting their own personal grave had their dogs just piled in the 'group burial'.

Was there ever a choice? Maybe those that couldn't quite afford a private grave would choose the group burial?

I most certainly would be demanding a refund if I paid to have my dog buried with the 'utmost respetct' and discovered it was not the case.
