That saddens, sickens and disgusts me. I can't help thinking that what if that were my dog in those photos. That one of the collar was sad in itself. This is why I'm having Duke cremated. I would either do that or bury him on my property. But, I probably won't be living here the rest of my life so I prefer cremation. I hope those people don't ever sleep good again and the bad karma comes back to them. I would be so distraught if I knew that my animal had gone there.
