Hi Penny!!! What a beautiful, sweet and adorable little girl you are! I could recite all the cliches..."The best things come in small packages." Or, "The best things in life are worth waiting for." You dear Penny fit into all those catagories and so much more! I think your very proud guardians would agree to that!! You are simply precious beyond description!!
