I dunno about clipping the claw- there is a vein inside the claw - can you tell where it is safe to clip - I mean - do you normally clip them yourself and know where the vein ends??
Is it possible to push the claw back into place - otherwise - I am afraid he may catch it on something and rip it off! That is why I thought a bandage would keep it protected.
