It's not making the mother look good. Does anyone know how old she is? And, who the heck is going to expect a pit bull with apparently no socialization and no attention and probably no training not to be that way? Ugh, stupid people. I just still don't get why anyone would have a dog just to tie it up. But, you shouldn't have kids, either, if you're just going to throw them outside to fend for themselves. It sounds like killing the dog may have actually put him out of his misery. I'm still trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I try really hard not to judge people I don't know, or think too badly of them, because media is not always truthful......But, it's hard not to be annoyed at the apparent neglect of both the girls and the dog.
