Tear stains are just those.....stains. They don't come out. What can help is to wash the area daily preventing new stains from setting in as the hair grows.

Oh and I believe it is thought that adding apple cider vinegar to the food helps with staining, not just regular vinegar....I'm not sure how true that is.
