I think anyone in the world ought to be able to get free sterilization at any time. That is a tax increase I would so gladly vote for. (I'd be the first one in line for my free tubal, BTW!)
Think about it .... would you rather spend a few hundred dollars in tax dollars for the cost of one vasectomy .... or hundreds of thousands of dollars for welfare for all the kids that guy might father?
