I think it's really great that there are people and organizations out there that are doing all they can to help the cats in their area. When I moved to San Jose, I came across an organization that is in conjunction with Ally Cat Allies. It's located in Morgan Hill and it's called Town Cats. They have a feral cat program where volunteers feed and water feral cat colonies. I take care of 2 such colonies. Our organization does the trap/spay or neuter/release/maintain line of action. Sometimes kittens are brought in from these feral colonies and are kept at the shelter in hopes of socializing them with people and then adopting them into homes. We are a no kill non profit org.
