The Charter of the PLO (Recognized as the leaders of the Palestinians by various NGO's and GO's) still calls for the destruction of the state of Israel. When either:

a) The palestinians throw out their leadership and start afresh

or

b) Yassir Arafat stands up in the general assembly hall in the UN and repudiates that statement, and puts a new charter in effect


I will believe the PLO.

However, Satan will be wearing a parka before either actions are taken.
