Omg... What a butthole that stupid man is!!!! Some people shouldn't even be allowed to live!! He probably treats his family like crud too if he treats little puppies and a mamma dog like that!!! Argh I'm not surprised you got mad! I would have too!
I agree though... He could definitely be charged with animal cruelty for that. Have you told anyone about this? Any adults or authorities (like police/animal control)?
