I have this same problem with my sister's husband. He insists on picking Edwina up by the scruff of her neck..."as the momma cat does." He is not my favorite person anyway so I tell him she is grown...not a kitten...and please don't do it. Edwina expresses her opinion but I have seen her get in his lap when he is sitting in my chair...

In any case, they are here...once, maybe twice a year. And...she is my sister.
