As she caressed his fevered brow she couldn't help but notice the lines of his face and the deep richness of the colour of his eyes. They were deep brown yet had a yellowish hue. He breathed heavily with the coolness of the cloth as she wiped his face and broad shoulders. Her heart was beating so fast and yet somehow she knew....it would never be.........
