I'll pipe in a day late. Yesterday was my 50th birthday, my sister flew in last Thursday from California to spend a few days celebrating with me. We received 13" of snow throughout the day yesterday. She was so worried she wouldn't get to fly out this morning, we left the house almost 3 hours before flight time to make sure she got to the airport on time.

Weather people said the storm was: the largest snowfall on that date in history; the most snow ever received in the month of March in Iowa and the third largest snowfall ever for Iowa since they started recording.

Now is that a way to celebrate your 50th birthday?!? When I go "Over the Hill" I go in a big way!
