How about someone mentions a food they like or haven't tried, and someone responds that they can do it? They do a swap.

So, for example, I could send PJ's Mom some Vegemite (you sick puppy ) and she could send me something.

Surprises could be fun too. Someone could say they're a chocoholic, and someone else sends them a surprise pack of local goodies

etc etc
I like this idea! It sounds fun!!!

Does it have to be food? What about something your state/county is known for?
