Glad others agree with me!

BTW: What about people who are deathly afreid of dogs? isn't it un-fare for them to not be able to walk in there own neighborhood? Or go biking out in the woods because of people and there dogs. I dunno, but I personally feel this is one law that NEEDS to be obeyed, at ALL times, no exeptions.
