The tricks he knows shouldn't interfere with agility. When you learn the obstacles, you'll be giving them a unique name. The only thing I noticed for Oz and I that we had to get use to was caused by Basic Obedience. You learn to heel on the left, but in agility, the dog really needs to be able to work off both of your sides. So I found at first whenever I'd take off running in agility with Oz, he'd want to move over to my left, even if I started him off on the right. To resolve it, I'd just walk him at night, interchanging the sides and intersperse running in there, so he'd get use to running beside me in agility on either side.
