This one might be silly or maybe even morbid but we got to visit our RB dog Chloe who is buried on the property. I've only been there a couple of times in the past because it is so hard. It was easier this time and I got to plant a kiss on her rock and tell her about Katie. I know she approves and is watching over us. Now I'm crying....geesh I was just fine that day...
I know what you mean! Angie is buried in my yard, but I see her grave everyday. I talk to her a lot when I take Syliva and Harley out. They must sense something because they never do their business on or near Angie's grave. I thought when my dad buried her there that it would upset me and be a constant reminder, but I like having her close. The only thing that really bothers me is when it rains and thunderstorms. Angie was terrified of rain and thunder and my body is trained to be up when it rains because I would always be comforting Angie on nights with rain. It bothers me to think that she is outside all alone during a storm. I know it's silly, but it still bothers me. Oh great! I made myself cry.
