So did I! I just remember, I have got a bottle of Baldrian, the content is Valeriana officinalis. I also says: 68 vol. % alcohol. In fact, this was what I put on the Christmas cards 2002. Humans can take 30 - 40 drops before bedtime. It also comes in pills, I tried once - 3 or 4, they had no effect on me really.
