Chicken soup sounds yummy, as long as it is low sodium. Never could figure out why soup has to be basically a bowl of salt.

True story - I'm attempting to eat better in real life these days... The other day I prepared the weightwatcher's version of sweet & sour pork. (it was really good by the way )... anyway, the instructions call for low-sodium soy sauce and (drumroll please) 1/4 tsp. of SALT.
