Yum Yum...post at Webshots, as Sleipnir said (or other comparable site)...then, in webshots, RIGHT CLICK on the photograph and select PROPERTIES

In the PROPERTIES box, you will see the ADDRESS(URL). Click and drag your mouse over this address and COPY (CTL+C is the keyboard command that can copy---you can also RIGHT CLICK your mouse and choose COPY)

Next, go back to Pettalk, start a reply, click on the IMAGE button

PASTE the item copied above (CTL+V is the keyboard command to paste--YOU CAN also RIGHT CLICK your mouse and choose PASTE).

Close your post out and VOILA the picture should be in your new post....

Pet talk does not "host" pictures, it would require an intense amount of resources - they do give us pet lovers a venue to post photos that are already hosted on other sites.
