    Thanks for the nightcap, Slick.

What's that playing? "Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged...Get back, JoJo!"

I've been working too much, and hanging out in threads like "The Evolution Of Religion" and "America, A Modern Fascist State?"

Glad to be here now. That fire is nice, always liked to stare at the flames...so, is life treating you guys allright?

Corinna: HBR and a towel. DONE! Don't forget to change his diaper before he leaves a stain on the couch. Richard will have my head on a platter if it's soiled.

Hey Andy: (I think that's your name??? Tell me if I'm wrong...) Forget religion and fascists for a change. Have a seat in the recliner by the fire and relax the brain.

What's that John Lennon song where he talks in the middle of it saying "Number 9" "Number 9" over and over. I'm racking my feeble brain but I can't think of it.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Slick- it's called "Revolution #9" on the White album. The infamous song with the hidden message if you turn the record backwards on the turntable. I play a lot of the songs from that album. One of my favorites-

"Blackbird singing in the dead of night...take these broken wings and learn to fly...All your life...you were only waiting for this moment to arrive..."

    Appropriate for cyber-relaxing?

Well look who's here, my brother-in-law! Long time, no see!! Where has Ann been keeping you hid? Did she have you locked in a cage and you escaped or what???

Sorry about Mario, Corinna. Sometimes he gets gooey when he is eating cherries.

I'll take another Hot Buttered Rum. Right now I have a killer headache. Need something to make me forget I even I have a head.

Thank You, kittycats_delight for my new siggy!!!

Oh yea, #9. Now I remember.

    One of my favourite songs:

In the town where i was born,
    There lived a man,
    Who sailed the seas,
And he told us of his life,
    In the land of Submarines,
So we sailed into the sun,
Till' we found a sea of green,
And we lived beneath the waves,
    In our yellow submarine,

    -Chorus-

We all live in a yellow submarine,
    A yellow submarine,
    A yellow submarine,
We all live in a yellow submarine,
    A yellow submarine,
    A yellow submarine.

    Good night Corinna. Sleep tight.

Willie: you don't want to mix booze and drugs so I guess a HBR is in order. DONE!

Goodnight, Corinna. Be careful getting home! (One advantage of cyber-bars!)

Willie, glad you stopped in before I turn into a pumpkin.

Vickie, if you'll sing the lead, I do the harmony part on YS.

I've got to play a few more Beatles tunes, do you remember...

"Words are flying out like endless rain into a paper cup...they slither while they pass, they slip away across the universe...Pools of sorrow, waves of joy are drifting through my open mind, possessing and caressing me..."

NO, you rock Richard. Can't wait to meet you in July. Sorry you've been having such a "ruff" week with all the bumps. We are here for you, now and always. (OMG that just sounded like wedding vow )

Richard, a nightcap for you before you got to bed and Andy, let's sing the chorus one more time....all together now

We all live in a yellow submarine,
    A yellow submarine,
    A yellow submarine,

Good night all. See you in the morning.

Have you hugged your pet tonight????

"Somewhere in the black mining hills of North Dakota there lived a young boy named Rocky Raccoon...One day his woman ran off with another guy...hit young Rocky in the eye...Rocky didn't like that, he said "I'm gonna get that boy."

So one day he walked into town and booked himself a room in the local saloon...Rocky Raccoon...checked into his room...only to find Gideon's Bible..."

G'morning everyone. oooo sore and achy moans abound from slips and slides and falling down. Let me clean up a bit and start some nice warm comfort food and maybe some mulled cider with a cinnamon stick. Or would that be a muled cider? We are PetFriendly after all. Maybe Mario would like a ride on the mule. OUT BACK MARIO! No mules in the bar until later. Let me clean up the cherry pits at least.

    Good Morning All,

Thought I would venture in and see what all the Thursday stuff is about..heheh.

I'm with Val, 1964 was a great year. That's the year I was born also. I have a beatles cd...#1's...is what I think it is called. I'll have to get it out and play it today.

Alden and I are celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary! So a round of drinks on us please!

I would like to start out with a DOTD please, sounds yummy.

Sorry to those who have fell and are hurting today and Richard I'm so sorry to hear that you are going through a rough patch. Hang in there everyone!
