You seem to be all that you can at the time. Love and tenderness goes along way. This kitten knew in her heart you were the one to go running to that you would take care of her. I hope she tests clean and the vet can stitch her. Sounds like she has the loving home she needs. Let me know how she is. I would give her a kitten can food for now to help put weight on her.
