Now my favorite Sushi place has Hispanic gents doing the rolling and sure enough there are some specials that came up a few times on the chalkboard menu outside the restaurant -Mexico Roll sounded like fun I saw them once but haven't seen them since....


Mexican roll, Swiss roll, French roll (oh wait, isn't that a brioche???) Thai roll, I say, ...In the true libertarian spirit of Cah-lee-fuh-nee-ah, I defend the right of every man or woman to roll his own!
