Hi weniki30. Welcome to Pet Talk. I was just wondering why you have to adopt a young kitten? My last 3 cats were all between 8 months old and 1 year old when I adopted them and everything has worked out very well.
This time of year it's usually very hard to find young kittens. I know because I adopted my first cat in January and I was also looking for a kitten. I'm glad I couldn't find any though because Storm stuck his paw out of his cage and picked me to be his new mommy. He was 1 year old at the time and now he's just turned 8 years old.
