The max size that you can use for an attached picture is 2.1 meg. I am sure that they would appreciate it being smaller however.

I don't think that there is a max size for an embeded picture, I am sure that people on dial up would appreciate a smaller size. The ones from imagestation are generally between about 180 and 300k.
