I don't know if this is what you mean but I have a Bissell Pro-Heat steam cleaner for carpets. I have only had it maybe six to eight months or so and have done my carpets twice and LOVE it!! You must be referring to something else though if you are mentioning doing kitchen sinks and tiles.
