I forget, how old is he, and has he been neutered? Un-neutered male rabbits will often "spray" (pee on things) to mark their territory.

When you see him doing this, clap your hands twice (Danger signal between rabbits) then put him in his cage for ten minutes or so.

Also, of course, wash the blanket before you let him near it again!
