Thanks everyone.

What makes Cali odd? Cali has a thing for necks and heads, you can be sitting in a chair and here she comes, jumping on your neck and then climing up to the top of your head. she tries to find a good spot to go to sleep. When the head doesn't work she goes for the neck, gets under your hair, sucks on a strand and falls asleep. Problem is she getting to big to fit on my neck any more, but she doesn't relize it. I can walk around the house with her on my neck for an hour and she is as happy as she can be right there.

When I'm sleeping she has to sleep on my ear, as hard as I try to get her to sleep someplace else on me, she always goes right back to the ear. The purring is a nice sound to fall asleep by, but the wiskers tickle.

And don't ever think you are going to leave her in other room, If you walk away where she can't see me this loud meow happens and a speedy run to where I'm at. It's as is she scared to death to be left alone.

I've never had a cat this bonded to me before, they all seem to want their alone time as well as me time, but not Cali, she wants all me time. Like right now she is on my neck, circling my head.

And then there's the pouncing thing, on the couch, chair, under the table and even when I'm taking a shower. You think she learn by now that she gets wet when I'm in the shower.

As for the new little guy, I wish this could be his forever home, buy we have 9 cats now and 8 dogs plus all the other guys around here. I think when you get to 100+ pets it's time to stop. The people around here are already calling me the carzy pet lady.
