Oh, he is so handsome! He may become a lap kitty one day! It's so hard to tell with ferals. If he was part of TNR then he probably thinks all humans will knock him out and cut off his special parts!!j/k !
Sometimes it takes years and then one day they start acting like they have been your pet for years. I sure hope he starts to trust you soon. He really is a very pretty cat.
