hmmmm, lemme think about it. I was at a meeting in Houston a few years back and had a Sunday brunch where they served eggs benedict but made with crab meat instead of Canadian bacon. I make great poached eggs. Maybe you could supply the Canadian bacon and I'll supply the Chesapeake Bay crab meat and we can offer a choice. Might be a bit heavy for you West Coasters this early so I think I'll fix up some mixed berries and fruit for starters. Oh wait.
